We're looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong foundation in .NET technologies to lead the delivery of high-impact software projects. This is a great opportunity to blend technical leadership, agile project execution, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET-based projects ,ensuring scope, timelines, and budget alignment. Lead development teams, facilitate sprint planning, and resolve technical blockers. Provide architectural guidance on . NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Azure for scalable, secure solutions. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align goals and ensure project clarity. Champion Agile/Scrum practices for improved team performance and transparency. Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Oversee quality standards through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications 10-15 years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a project management role. Hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs , and front-end frameworks like JavaScript/ TypeScript . Cloud experience with Azure (Preferred)/AWS , or equivalent platforms. Proven success managing Agile-based projects and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not required).
