Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across multiple business units or functions. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction, support, and conflict resolution as needed. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership through regular reports and presentations. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and compliance requirements. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes. Facilitate post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads to build project management capabilities within the organization.
