Job Description

What You Will Be Doing Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, resources, and timelines. Coordinate with content creators, instructional designers, media producers and technical SMEs to ensure smooth execution of content development projects. Conduct daily projects calls with the team members to get status updates on running projects. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that the training projects align with the business and functional goals. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential roadblocks to the project team, various cross-functional stakeholders, and Sr. Leadership. Monitor programs, implement feedback mechanisms and address any concerns or issues within the pre-defined SLAs. Analyse data to assess the impact of the learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Ensure project delivery meets high-quality standards and adheres to defined best practices. Manage the training billing and invoicing process to track and report the revenue generated from worldwide customer training. Perform regular reporting on key training and certification program level metrics. What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a project manager/lead in a high-growth, dynamic environment; experience in the training domain is a plus. Should have experience in managing content on Learning Management Systems (LMS). Should be good at delivering an impactful message using presentations. A good understanding of Cloud technologies and enterprise software space is desired. Strong experience in Tableau reporting is desired. Experience using business metrics, and training data to track, trend, and manage impact of training effort. Experience of tracking and reporting revenue/invoicing data for paid training offerings. Should have a strong business sense and ability to create, communicate and achieve a vision. Experience formulating and implementing training/performance improvement strategies, technologies, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout the organization.
