Job Title: Technical Project Manager Java Microservices Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) Experience: 1116 Years Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java and Microservices-based architecture . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, microservices deployment, and project management. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful execution of enterprise-level projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex Java microservices projects from initiation to delivery. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and software development best practices. Manage project timelines, resource planning, risk assessment, and mitigation. Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure code quality and performance standards. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Track and report project metrics, milestones, and status updates to stakeholders. Oversee deployment and post-implementation support. Manage third-party vendors and off-shore teams, if applicable. Required Skills & Experience: 10-16 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 4+ years in technical project management. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices . Proven experience in managing enterprise-scale applications using microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle . Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification. Experience working in a DevOps environment. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker , and container orchestration tools. Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
