As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing IT/software product development projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing technical activities, ensuring project success, and delivering high-quality software products. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years in Technical Project Management within the Software/IT product development industry. - Proven experience managing IT/software product development projects. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. - Proficiency in Agile practices and frameworks. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule. - Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. - Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills. - Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools. - Continuous focus on learning and staying updated with industry trends.
