Job Description Project Manager We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will also play a key role in communicating with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving project success. Responsibilities Our engineers must be lifelong learners, develop others and act as role models for their colleagues, teams, and external partners. Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Establish project management methodologies and best practices. Project Execution and Monitoring: Manage project execution according to the project plan. Coordinate and lead project team members, assigning tasks and responsibilities. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Stakeholder Communication and Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and provide timely updates. Project Control and Closure: Control project scope, schedule, and budget, and implement change control processes as needed. Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget. Evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements. Ensure proper project closure, including documentation, handover, and client sign-off. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Strong knowledge of development and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. [Preferred] Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. [Preferred] Experience in Healthcare domain. Associate & Software Project Manager Focus: To develop into a highly organized and strategically minded program leader, contributing effectively to the successful execution of multiple related projects by mastering foundational program management principles, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, and consistently striving for operational excellence under the guidance of senior program management professionals. Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience Senior Project Manager Focus: Strong leadership to program teams, proactively manage risks and dependencies, foster effective stakeholder communication, and champion best practices in program management to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute directly to the company's strategic objectives and growth in the region and beyond. Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility. Lead Project Manager Focus: To champion best practices in program management, mentor program managers, and consistently strive to optimize program delivery for maximum efficiency and value. Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience with significant leadership responsibilities. Principal Project Manager Focus: To be a driving force in shaping the future of VHT's product landscape by providing strategic leadership and expert program management across a portfolio of critical initiatives. To cultivate a culture of excellence in program execution, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within program teams and across the organization.
