To lead, manage and mentor a team of Software Developers.
Lead the development team to design and deliver maintainable, testable, and reusable production quality code using Agile development practices
Instil best practices for software development and documentation.
To facilitate the smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements, and support delivered by the team
Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
Knowledge in Development of application for mobile devices iOS and Android
Technologies being used - .NET Core/ React / MSSQL/ MS Azure Cloud & Mobile Apps like Android & iOS, however, technology keeps evolving and eventually a platform change will come into effect sometime soon

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications -

A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 -15 years exp in Software Development
Proven experience in project management and software development.
Excellent technical knowledge with high proficiency with full stack development skills including UI, web, middle-tier, and database required.
Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients and vendors, creation of project schedules and project status reporting
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies required.
Proven experience in building complex, large scale internet-based systems.
Hands-on coding experience with popular languages and web stacks.
J st have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
