Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations to identify project requirements and develop project plans. Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution. Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular status updates and progress reports. Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or issues. Desired Candidate Profile 12-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and PMP certification preferred.
