Technical Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

As a Technical Project Manager within our IT services company, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a 40-50 member cross-functional team to foster collaboration and high performance. You will be tasked with designing scalable, secure, and efficient architectures for B2B applications and overseeing the development and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions. Engagement with clients, leadership, and technical teams will be essential to align project goals and expectations. You will drive agile methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes. Identifying potential project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in technical project management within an IT services company. Proven experience in managing large teams, strong expertise in solution architecture, system design, and cloud-based architectures are required. Hands-on experience with B2B applications, integrations, and enterprise platforms, along with proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices, is essential. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills are also necessary along with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are key for this role. Preferred skills include experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as experience in AI, ML, or data-driven projects. Exposure to microservices, APIs, and enterprise integrations is an added advantage.
