Technical Project Lead/Manager

In this role, as a Technical Project Lead/Manager at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality software projects with a focus on .NET technologies. Your role will involve a mix of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure the successful execution of development teams and drive innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Project Management:** Oversee the end-to-end delivery of .NET-based projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met. - **Team Leadership:** Guide development teams, conduct sprint planning, and resolve technical challenges. - **Technical Expertise:** Provide insights on best practices in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and security. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Collaborate with business teams, clients, and technical stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. - **Agile & Scrum Practices:** Implement Agile methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity. - **Risk Management:** Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. - **Quality Assurance & Deployment:** Ensure robust code reviews, testing strategies, and smooth deployment pipelines using CI/CD. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in project management. - Strong technical expertise in .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, MongoDB, Kendo UI, Typescript, KnockOut JS. - Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar. - Proven track record in managing Agile/Scrum-based software projects. - Hands-on experience with GitHub, DevOps pipelines, microservices, and SQL databases. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
