Technical Project Lead/Manager

Job Description: You are a Technical Project Lead/Manager with a strong background in .NET technologies, responsible for leading and delivering high-quality software projects. Your role involves blending technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to manage development teams, ensure seamless execution, and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of .NET-based projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met. - Team Leadership: Guide development teams, conduct sprint planning, and resolve technical challenges. - Technical Expertise: Provide insights on best practices in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and security. - Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business teams, clients, and technical stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. - Agile & Scrum Practices: Implement Agile methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity. - Risk Management: Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. - Quality Assurance & Deployment: Ensure robust code reviews, testing strategies, and smooth deployment pipelines using CI/CD. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in project management. - Strong technical expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, MongoDB, Kendo UI, Typescript, KnockOut JS). - Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar). - Proven track record in managing Agile/Scrum-based software projects. - Hands-on experience with GitHub, DevOps pipelines, microservices, and SQL databases. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
