Technical Project Lead - VP

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. You will lead applications systems analysis and programming activities, partnering with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions meets goals and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements. Your responsibilities will also include resolving high impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Additionally, you will provide expertise in applications programming and ensure that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions meets goals - Identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements - Resolve high impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation - Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design alignment with architecture blueprint - Develop a comprehensive understanding of different business areas to achieve business goals - Offer in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions - Mentor mid-level developers and analysts as needed - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies Qualifications Required: - At least 12+ years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Strong project management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication - Background in Project Management, SQL (Medium Level), Domain knowledge of Loans, BFSI/Capital Markets - Certifications like PMP/Scrum Master are preferred - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required, Master's degree preferred,
