Role Overview We are seeking a technically strong Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs across Engineering, Product, Data, and Business functions. In this individual contributor role, youll drive end-to-end program executionmanaging planning, coordinating resources, tracking technical deliverables, and reporting outcomes. You’ll bring technical acumen to align cross-functional teams with strategic goals, ensuring that execution stays rooted in architecture, scalability, and system reliability. This role demands a proactive approach to conflict resolution and change management—navigating priorities, managing stakeholder dynamics, and fostering adoption through structured communication. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, execution, and collaboration, this role offers an opportunity to deliver measurable business impact at scale. Key Responsibilities Technical Program Management: Drive the execution of technically complex programs by developing detailed roadmaps, aligning milestones with technical feasibility, and managing dependencies across engineering, data, and product teams. Leverage structured dashboards and documentation for real-time tracking of program health. Data-Driven Execution Mindset: Define and monitor technical performance indicators—including system reliability, code quality, and delivery velocity. Use analytics to inform decision-making, optimize development cycles, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Foster strong collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Establish transparent reporting frameworks and drive alignment through clear, consistent communication. Lead structured change management conversations to ensure adoption and reduce resistance. Issue & Risk Management: Proactively identify technical and program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain delivery stability through structured contingency planning. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (BE/BTech – CS/IT). MBA (preferred) with a focus in Technology, Operations, or Product. 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing technical programs involving Engineering, Data, or Platform teams. Strong grasp of system architecture, platform scalability, and software development lifecycle. Preferred Technical Certifications: AWS / Google Cloud (Foundational or Associate level) Google Data Analytics or related Product/Analytics certifications Preferred Program Management Certifications: PMP, CAPM, SAFe, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
