Technical Product Manager - Data/Machine Learning

As an ML Technical Product Manager at Agoda, you will be instrumental in equipping Agoda employees with the necessary tools to drive data-informed decisions and enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will involve overseeing the entire product lifecycle from inception to execution, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the product lifecycle, encompassing concept development, design, implementation, and analysis - Elicit requirements from various stakeholders and effectively synthesize them - Engage in face-to-face discussions with internal users to grasp user needs and prioritize features - Showcase strong leadership acumen to steer product development initiatives in a high-paced setting - Foster seamless communication between business and technical teams, influencing decisions across all organizational levels - Collaborate closely with senior engineers to strike a balance between product speed and technical debt considerations - Envision platform capabilities to elevate external customer experiences and contribute to Agoda's vision of becoming a data-driven organization Qualifications Required: - Possess 5+ years of technical expertise in ML engineering, Data Scientist, Data Analytics, or similar domains - Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical program/product management within a dynamic environment - Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and strong presentation capabilities - Demonstrate adeptness in managing multiple tasks concurrently and adapting to shifting priorities - Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making and comfort in working with data - Hands-on familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA - Strong technical foundation in Data Science and ML - Openness to relocate permanently to Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation assistance provided Agoda takes pride in being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
