Technical Process Specialist (Process Coordinator)

As a Process Coordinator IC based in Bhopal, working from the office during night shifts from 6:00 pm to 3:30 am IST (Daylight saving 7:00 pm to 4:30 am IST) on Monday to Friday, your key responsibilities will include coordinating client interviews and tests during the pre-sales phase. You will need to understand client requirements and communicate them to developers, as well as identify, coordinate, and collaborate with developers on small sample code or POC tasks lasting 2-5 hours. Additionally, you will prepare developers for interviews, coding assignments, and tests, along with reviewing technical and functional write-ups for projects. This role does not involve coding or client-facing responsibilities but requires accurate transcription of US accent audio content in real-time with minimal errors, coupled with a high typing speed and computer efficiency for operational tasks. To excel in this position, you should possess over 4 years of experience in the IT/ITES industry, with a preference for exposure to development or development support environments. Your interpersonal and communication skills must be excellent, and you should demonstrate energy, proactivity, and multitasking abilities.
