Technical Process Specialist (Process Coordinator)

As a Process Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in coordinating client interviews and tests during the pre-sales phase. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, explaining them to developers, and coordinating with developers to develop small sample code or proof of concept tasks. Additionally, you will prepare developers, conduct mocks for interviews, coding assignments, and tests. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical write-ups, technical use cases, and functional use cases for projects. It's important to note that this role does not involve coding or client-facing interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate client interviews and tests - Explain client requirements to developers - Work with developers to develop sample code or proof of concept tasks - Prepare developers and conduct mocks for interviews and tests - Review technical and functional project documents - Transcribe US accent audio content accurately - Maintain high typing speed and computer efficiency Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in IT/ITES industry - Exposure to development or development support environment preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Energetic, proactive, and able to multitask - Bachelor's degree - Ability to work night shifts In this full-time role, you will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund.
