As a Technical Pre-Sales Manager at Astrome, a pioneering deep-tech startup specializing in millimeter-wave wireless communication technologies, your role will involve collaborating closely with the sales and engineering teams to provide technical expertise during client engagements. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Technical Consultation:** Engage with potential clients to assess their technical requirements and propose E-Band solutions that align with Astrome's product offerings. - **Solution Design:** Develop and present customized E-Band solutions, including system architecture and integration plans, to meet client-specific needs. - **Product Demonstrations:** Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Astrome's E-Band technologies. - **Proposal Development:** Collaborate with the sales team to prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and technical specifications. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. - **Market Feedback:** Gather insights from client interactions to inform product development and improvement initiatives. - **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and addressed. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role within the telecommunications or wireless communications industry. - Strong understanding of Microwave E-Band wireless communication technologies and their applications in 5G and satellite networks. - Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with phased array antennas, beam-forming, and beam-steering technologies. - Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced, innovative environment.
