To carry out tests/examinations as requested as per SOP,,To report section in charge if there are any ambiguities.

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician Intern

Job Type: Internship

Qualifications:

- Master of Science (MSc) in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

Skills:

1.1 To carry out tests/examinations as requested as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

1.2 To ensure effective transportation, storage, handling, and preservation of specimens.

1.3 To report any ambiguities to the section in charge.

1.4 To carry out quality control checks as per guidance given by the section in charge.

1.5 To ensure maintenance of documents as explained by the section in-charge.

1.6 To ensure appropriate record-keeping.

1.7 To maintain environmental and fridge temperature records.

1.8 To ensure housekeeping and disposal of wastes for the Biochemistry & Immunology department.

Experience:

- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a medical laboratory setting
