🔧 Role: Molding Compound Expert / Technical Manager – Molding Compounds

📍 Location: Pune

🧪 Experience:

🧪 Key Technical Focus Areas

• Develop & optimize molding compound formulations
• Support customers with technical troubleshooting
• Work with R&D, Quality, and Production teams
• Drive performance improvement and innovation

🎓 Desired Technical Background

• Diploma / Degree / Masters in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Materials Science / Polymer Science / Plastic Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in thermosets, molding materials, resin chemistry, engineered particulate systems, composite materials etc.
• Strong understanding of thermosetting polymers, curing agents, crosslinking mechanisms, and formulation behavior.
• Hands-on lab, testing, and formulation experience
