Technical Manager

As a Technical Development Lead, you will be responsible for: - Proficiently handling technical development concepts, utilizing the latest software tools and technologies such as PHP, MySQL, XML, Zend, Javascript, JQuery, and Cloud technology. - Demonstrating strong database concepts and designing techniques. - Possessing good knowledge of various software systems, client/server architectures, and compatibility requirements. - Experience in troubleshooting, bug tracking, ticketing system, software development processes, and configuration management systems. - Ensuring that teams follow correct development processes including documentation, code reviews, and unit testing across project phases. - Guiding the team through development, testing, and implementation stages while effectively reviewing completed work. - Providing direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration. - Making quick decisions and solving technical problems to create an efficient project implementation environment. - Facilitating appropriate technical training to teams when required and acting as a technical mentor to team members. - Leading teams effectively, inspiring others to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence, and making individual contributions to the organization. - Leading release planning and management. - Conducting presentations on project status and delivering monthly and annual reports to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of technology and business requirements. - Structured approach to work with a proven track record of optimizing delivery. - Overall 8-10 years of experience in an enterprise development company. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
