Job Description

Provide expert guidance on technical issues related to the vehicle and ensure alignment with perfect vision and technological standards.
Lead a team of technicians fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide mentorship, training, and performance management for the team.
Plan, execute, and manage vehicles ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure that the work performed meet stringent quality standards. Work closely with the Quality Control team to resolve any technical issues.
Ensure that all technical activities comply with safety.
Co-ordinate with team on product issues as per the requirement.
Conducting internal Training & Skill Mapping.
Guide team on technical issue's of the vehicle.
Advance level must be completed.
