Technical Lead/Senior .Net Developer

As an accomplished Tech Lead/Senior .Net Developer at AEON Software in Pune, your role will involve leading end-to-end development activities, architecting scalable solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and driving best practices across the development lifecycle. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient software products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance .Net applications. - Architect technical solutions aligned with business objectives and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations. - Develop robust, reusable, and maintainable code using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and related frameworks. - Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles effectively across all modules. - Optimize application performance through efficient coding, debugging, and performance tuning. - Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth development cycles and timely delivery. - Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. - Ensure the team follows best coding practices, development methodologies, and documentation standards. - Provide technical support and problem resolution for complex challenges faced by the team. - Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, version control, and continuous integration practices. - Maintain high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing, review, and validation processes. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core programming concepts. - Extensive hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and related technologies. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and web application development. - Experience in debugging, code optimization, and handling performance-related challenges. - Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server. **Additional Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of DevOps practices and version control systems like Git. - Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). In this role, you are expected to have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
