Technical Leader, Manufacturing Core

You will play a crucial leadership role in owning the technology, maintenance, process, and setting for the equipment on the production line. Your deep expertise will position you as the technology expert for the line/s, ensuring operational efficiency and process stability. - Partner with and enable line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale) for the lines - Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for the equipment and process - Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems - Build technical and maintenance skills of technicians working in shifts - Collaborate with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and special maintenance tasks - Represent the department/line/s as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums - Assist in VSU for new initiatives and internal/external benchmarking - Be a subject matter expert on component categories and a trainer for PM related subjects Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - Minimum 4 years of experience in Maintenance or Project Management, adept in lean principles Mondelez India Foods Private Limited, formerly Cadbury India Ltd., has a rich history of over 70 years in India.
