Technical Leader- Finance IT

As a Technical Leader for Finance IT - Accounting & Controls value stream at the Pune office, India, your role involves leading the construction, deployment, and support of Eaton's global application system used by the Finance Accounting & Controls Organization. You will manage an agile team of developers, quality engineers, and support professionals, requiring a functional understanding of Finance processes and technical skills to design solutions for Oracle E Business Suite R12 Finance modules. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting the Scrum Master in task management, decomposition, and estimation of epics and features - Prioritizing technical enablers and managing dependencies - Addressing technical risks and ensuring DevSecOps tools meet automation and quality testing requirements - Being accountable for support, incident response, and system health - Collaborating with the product owner and driving continuous improvement in DevSecOps and platform - Overseeing product architecture and staying updated on software development trends - Managing team members, ensuring technical governance and adherence to standards, and prioritizing product team outcomes Qualifications required for this role include: - A 4-year degree in Computer Science or an engineering field - 15+ years of hands-on experience in Agile, development, and design with at least 8-10 years on Oracle EBS Skills required: - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL best practices - Knowledge of modern integration methodologies - Experience with Process mining is a plus - Ability to make informed decisions with limited information - Excellent communication skills for collaboration across IT and business teams - Proven track record of managing high-performing teams - Experience in working with Vendor partners on SOWs and managing engagement relationships,
