Technical Leader - AM/DM

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the automation and data analytics requirements from the business and coordinating with developers for technical and functional assistance. Your role will involve estimating the business value for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Create and design or structure the data architecture in standard environment database/data lake/cloud (GCP) with data security. - Structure large sets of data into an easy and scalable format. - Perform data integration and normalization on master data, including creation, updates, deletion, or cleansing. - Develop technical codes to convert business logics into data wrangling algorithms and tabulation. - Find technical solutions to resolve problems in an analytical manner. - Transfer business data into real-time visualization. - Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. - Develop visually enhanced dashboards with predictive analysis by producing real-time data refresh. - Provide continuous monitoring and maintenance for delivered products. - Follow organization standards, maintain, and track good documentation for daily transformations. - Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate regular updates. - Convert actions into the value of delivery. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in data architecture design and data wrangling. - Strong technical expertise in database management, data integration, and data visualization. - Proficiency in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or similar cloud environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Ability to establish KPIs and develop visually enhanced dashboards. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.,
