Job Overview:

Technical Lead/ATL-Java

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Java-based applications.
  
• Architect scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  
• Guide and mentor team members, providing technical support and code reviews.
  
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
  
• Drive best practices in coding, architecture, performance optimization, and agile methodologies.
  
• Ensure code quality, security standards, and automated testing processes are upheld.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the teams goals.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
  

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in

  Java 4+

  ,

  Spring Framework

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and

  RESTful APIs

• Experience with

  Microservices architecture

  and

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong understanding of

  Object-Oriented Design

  ,

  Design Patterns

  , and

  SOLID principles

• Hands-on experience with

  version control (Git)

  ,

  CI/CD pipelines

  , and

  DevOps practices

• Proficiency in

  RDBMS

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or

  NoSQL databases

  (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Good understanding of

  message brokers

  (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Exposure to

  containerization tools

  like

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  front-end technologies

  like Angular/React (optional but beneficial)
• Knowledge of performance tuning and system scalability
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence
  
• Prior experience working in a product-based or large-scale distributed system environment
  

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
