Title:Technical Lead-WFM Admin

Description:

Area(s) of responsibility

Administration

Support creation and ongoing maintenance of an Application Monitoring baseline (availability, functionality, performance, capacity) including alerting recommendations.
Application Log administration / housekeeping.
Maintain application configuration settings across all required environments.
Support troubleshooting of application related issues that may impact the availability and performance of the overall service.
Collaborate with other engineering and infrastructure teams (where required).

Deployments including Upgrades and fix-packs

Provide task level input into the overall deployment or upgrade planning.
Identify and download required application packages from software vendor.

- Highlight required dependencies - minimum OS, App Server, Java Versions.

Highlight required modifications to DevOps/Release pipelines.
Support rollback planning and testing (if applicable).
Perform application deployment across all required environments covering where applicable:

WFM Application
Clock Servers Cognos Analytics Reporting.

Support post-deployment validation.
Updates to SOP (standard operating procedures) and associated documentation (where applicable)
