Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the definition, design, and implementation of new software components within the RIB 4.0 product environment.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions, spanning business logic to intuitive user interface design.
  • Guide architectural decisions and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the platform.
  • Define and implement robust testing methodologies to ensure the stability and reliability of implemented solutions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with international development centers within RIB Software.
  • Team leading of the BIM/5D development team.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BIM / 5D development team.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Your Profile:

  • Overall, more than 8-10 years of technical leadership and team management experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • A great communicator. Experience in working on agile setups with Product Management (Product Owner, Product Manager, )
  • Servant Leader: Builds an inclusive and empowered team, while igniting leadership in others.
  • Extensive experience in developing applications based on relational databases.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, HTML5, AngularJs and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental data structures (trees, graphs, etc.) and algorithms.
  • Experience in 3D BIM data, processes or data formats with focus on the construction industry.
  • Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, with a structured and quality-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Motivation to push forward digital transformation.
  • A proactive mindset, with a drive to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Cloud-related performance and scalability, including cloud service performance monitoring and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development and team leading exposure.
  • Deep expertise in

    Microsoft technologies

    including

    C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, Azure services and Angular front end

    .
  • Strong knowledge of database optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in

    cloud-based development practisespractices

    .
  • Familiarity with DevOps (

    Azure VM's, VMSS

    and

    DB's

    ), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive architectural decisions and mentor teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum etc. and tools like JIRA/HP ALM.
