As a Senior Front-End Developer (React.js/Next.js) Offshore Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing features using React.js and Next.js. Your responsibilities will include enhancing, refactoring, and optimizing existing codebases and components. You will take technical ownership and lead the offshore front-end team while collaborating effectively with US-based stakeholders. Your expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React.js and Next.js. - Enhance, refactor, and optimize existing codebases and components. - Take technical ownership and lead the offshore front-end team. - Collaborate with US-based teams with daily overlap in working hours. - Build standalone, reusable UI components using Storybook or Micro UI architecture. - Leverage React Flow to create complex workflows and visual editors. - Develop and deploy Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) across platforms. - Utilize modern build tools and pipelines for efficient development (e.g., Maven, Webpack). - Estimate and analyze effort for user stories, tasks, and bugs, providing accurate ETAs. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, and responsiveness of applications. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Experience in leading teams remotely and collaborating across time zones. - Familiarity with React Flow (highly desirable). - Experience with Micro UI or Storybook for component development. - Knowledge of building and deploying Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). - Proficient in frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., npm, Maven, Webpack). - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills. Additional Details: - Experience with GraphQL is a nice-to-have. - Exposure to React Native and React Native Web would be beneficial. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments is a plus.
