• Lead and mentor

• Contribute hands-on

• Own delivery excellence

  by enforcing best practices in SDLC, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and code reviews.

• Support hiring and onboarding

  as Turia scales its engineering team to meet growing customer demand.

• Champion product scalability and performance

Role & responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in a SaaS or product-based environment.
• Strong hands-on background in

• Experience working with
