Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Analyst / Technology Lead / Technical Architect with strong expertise in either backend development or integration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient systems while providing technical leadership and mentorship within the team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements analysis and design to deployment and support.Design, develop, and maintain backend systems or integration solutions.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

RequiredQualifications
7+ years of professional experience in software development.Strong hands-on experience in either of the following areas:Backend Development: Java(preferred) or any modern backend technology/framework.Integration Tools:MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, NetSuite, etc.Proficient in designing and consuming APIs and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PreferredQualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
