Job Description

Job Title: Technical Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Preferred Skills:

Managerial competency
Proven experience leading a team or project, formally or informally
Strong fundamentals in programming, software architecture, testing, and deployment
Effective communicator who can explain tradeoffs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to have skills:

Experience with

(Primary) Python, FastAPI, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, PostgreSQL, Qdrant,

React, Next.js

(Secondary) GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus,

Grafana, Cloudflare

Exposure to scaling teams or mentoring junior engineers

Prior experience with agile, Kanban, or lean product development"
