Technical Lead, Software Development

As a Software Development Manager at our organization in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in modernizing our clinical and administrative software solutions to enhance business processes for internal and external customers effectively and efficiently. **Responsibilities:** - Manage software engineers and projects to deliver high-quality software solutions - Collect, analyze, and document user requirements - Conduct project management, ensure system quality, and oversee content management - Coordinate with company leadership for software development projects - Design, modify, develop, support, install, and document software applications - Participate in software quality control and validation processes - Train software engineers and end users - Identify process deficiencies and propose improvements **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8 years of software development and 3 years of project lead experience - 2+ years in a Technical Lead / People Management role - Prior experience in project management, execution, delivery, and direct team management - Development experience with Microsoft technologies like .NET and SQL Server - Web-based technologies experience such as Angular - Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills in English - Knowledge of Azure and SharePoint technologies preferred - Experience in a clinical or regulated environment is a plus In addition to the job specifics, Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) dedicated to accelerating the global development of safe and effective medical therapeutics.
