Technical Lead

As a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead specializing in PHP and Laravel, your role at our company in Vizag will involve leading a team of developers, designing and developing robust applications, managing databases, implementing AWS services, setting up CI/CD pipelines, conducting code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining technical documentation and project reports. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers and oversee end-to-end project execution. - Design and develop robust applications using PHP and Laravel frameworks. - Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and scalability. - Implement and manage AWS services to support application infrastructure. - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions. - Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative environment. - Maintain clear and concise technical documentation and project reports.
