• RPA (UI Path Cloud platform)
• Fluent English.
• At least 6-8 years of automation development experience through UiPath
• Experience of operating within global companies with matrix organizations (multi-regional and multi-divisions)
• Industrial/ automotive background is a plus
• Management of 3rd party teams, remotely based
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Agile, hands-on, action-oriented

• Strong knowledge and development experience in UiPath
• Lead end-to-end RPA project delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Design scalable RPA architecture and reusable components across bots.
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots.
• Collaborate with business units to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain documentation including PDDs, SDDs, test cases, and support materials.
• Monitor bot performance and manage incident resolution and continuous improvements.
• Deliver projects with 3rd party supplier teams
