Technical Lead - Product Development

As a Software Development Lead at our company, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and testing features to enhance our flagship software. Your focus will be on advancing security measures while optimizing performance to meet the specific demands of the banking industry. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a balance between speed, readability, and reliability in our applications. You will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure system resilience and uphold high standards for accuracy and performance. Identifying areas for enhancement, particularly in fraud detection, you will lead improvements to existing systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you troubleshoot, debug, and update software to ensure alignment with our security standards. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java-based projects, with at least 3 years of team management experience. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and security best practices will be crucial for secure software development. Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL, along with ORM frameworks like Hibernate, is required. Familiarity with Kafka and Redis is considered a plus. Hands-on knowledge of container technology for efficient deployment environments is essential. Additional skills in coding languages like JavaScript and Golang, as well as secure version control practices using Git/SVN, are beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in developing secure, data-driven applications are key attributes we are looking for. Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with teams and non-technical stakeholders.
