For more details - https://procuzy.com/about-us About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to lead backend development efforts and build scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend technologies, advanced coding expertise, and a passion for designing and optimizing complex systems. Key Responsibilities: Backend Development: Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (Express.js) and Python (Django, Flask) frameworks. Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and DocumentDB. Microservices Architecture: Develop and manage microservices using REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven architecture. API Development: Create and manage RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and RPC-based systems. DevOps & CI/CD: Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions for seamless deployment. Data Streaming & Messaging Queues: Work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis Streams to build scalable, real-time data systems. Cloud Integration: Deploy, monitor, and manage services on AWS. Testing & Debugging: Perform unit and integration testing using tools like Jest and Qualifications & Skills: 4+ years of proven experience in backend development Proficiency in Node.js, Python, and relevant frameworks (Express.js, Django) Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture Experience with AWS and CI/CD tools Expertise in database optimization, scalability, and performance tuning Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization, and observability tools Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills Good to Have: 1. Advanced Backend Development Design Patterns, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) 2. Scalability & Performance Optimization Caching Strategies: Redis, Memcached , CDN Usage Database Optimization: Query Tuning, Indexing, Partitioning Load Balancing & High Availability: Nginx, HAProxy, AWS ALB/ELB 3. DevOps & Automation Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes 4. Security & Compliance Application Security: OWASP Top 10, Secure Coding Practices Compliance Standards: SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA 5. AI/ML & Big Data Data Processing: Apache Spark, Hadoop Machine Learning Integration: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API Data Pipelines & ETL: Airflow, DBT
