Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert-level Java (version 8 or above), with strong OOP and network programming fundamentals.
Proficient in Linux server administration (Nginx, Tomcat, Linux CLI).
Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP) and SIP/VoIP protocols for communication.
Strong knowledge of PKI, TLS/SSL, certificate management, and secure communications.
Experience working with relational databases — MySQL or Percona.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, production‑ready code and automation scripts.
Strong troubleshooting skills, especially for network and telephony systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, support, devops, etc.).

(Nice-to-Have) Good to Have

Experience with scripting languages such as Python for automation and tooling.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g. Git / GitHub), and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA).
Prior experience leading small engineering teams or mentoring others.
Understanding of telecom infrastructure, call servers, SBCs, or PBX integration (preferred).
