Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
Conduct stress analysis using finite element methods (FEA) and perform calculations to optimize product performance.
Develop expertise in machine design, tube bending, press machines, and press shop operations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process.
Be a member of machine design team
Will be working on new machine/technology development
Converting concept to working model
Detail Engineering calculations
Finite Element Analysis and optimization
Component sizing and selection

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in NPD- Mechanical Design or related field.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong understanding of research and development principles applied to mechanical engineering applications.
Proficiency in tools such as Ansys, FEA, Finite Element Analysis, Machine Design, Machining Processes.
