Role & responsibilities Understand the business requirements, develop the vision for the application and translate it into technical requirements. Design, build, and maintain advanced web applications using Python and frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django. Guide junior developers in their work Preferred candidate profile Hands-on developer with at least 3 years experience in Python frameworks like FastAPI, Django and Flask. Needs a startup mindset that he will do whatever is needed: backend, frontend, little bit of devops, design DB, QA etc. Has to be strong in logic and coding. Ability to manage frontend development in React and Angular. we do not hire people who say "I am a backend guy, I won't do frontend" Ability to understand client requirements, translate that to specific tasks, estimate, track and manage a development team Exposure to programming using GenAI APIs like OpenAI, Calude, Gemini We are not looking at experience in Data Science, ML. Good understanding of the key tools of modern development environments like Cursor, VSCode, Postgres/PgAdmin, Mysql/Workbench, git, github, basic DevOps, Linux, AWS, Azure...
