As a Technical Lead, you will leverage your expertise to guide a team of developers in creating scalable, cloud-based solutions. You will play a critical role in architectural design, project execution, and ensuring the deployment of robust applications on the Azure platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of applications using . Net Core and Azure PaaS services to meet business objectives. Guide and mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices in coding, design patterns, and software development methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Monitor and evaluate the performance of cloud-based applications, implementing improvements as needed. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with established coding standards. Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment in Azure environments.
