Technical Lead - .Net with MySQL

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead in .NET with MS SQL, having 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in .NET development. You will be joining a SaaS product-based company where your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of developers, design and implement robust solutions, and ensure successful project deliveries within the SaaS ecosystem. Experience in a SaaS environment and at least 2 years of team handling experience are highly desirable for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Provide technical guidance and expertise in .NET and MS SQL to help the team solve complex technical challenges. - Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET and MS SQL technologies. - Oversee the development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment, ensuring alignment with SaaS product architecture and business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery, manage project timelines, and enforce coding standards. - Work on integrating .NET solutions with the SaaS platform, optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. - Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET, MS SQL, and SaaS environments, identify process improvements, and drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in .NET development with MS SQL, including at least 2 years in a team lead or similar role. - Experience in a SaaS environment is highly desirable. - Proven experience in leading and managing a development team, familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
