Technical Lead - .Net with MySQL

Job Description: You are a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead in .NET with MS SQL, having 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. You will be joining a SaaS product-based company where your role involves leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust solutions, and ensuring successful project deliveries within the SaaS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and best practices adherence. - Provide technical guidance and expertise in .NET and MS SQL to help the team solve complex technical challenges. - Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET and MS SQL technologies. - Oversee the development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment while aligning solutions with business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery, manage timelines, allocate resources, and enforce agile methodologies. - Integrate .NET solutions with the SaaS platform, optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability using cloud-based services. - Stay updated with the latest technologies, identify process improvements, drive innovation, and enhance development efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 6 to 8 years of .NET development experience with MS SQL, including at least 2 years in a team lead role. - Experience in a SaaS environment is highly desirable. - Proven leadership and project management skills with familiarity in agile methodologies and tools. Key Skills: - Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and MS SQL Server. - Proficiency in designing web-based applications and APIs in a SaaS environment. - Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning in MS SQL. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) integration with .NET applications is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, front-end technologies experience is advantageous. - Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and collaboration skills.,
