Job Title: Technical Lead (.NET Core, SQL Server, React/Angular, MongoDB Preferred) Job Overview We are looking for a Technical Lead with 9-12 years of experience in .NET Core , SQL Server , and React/Angular (MongoDB experience is a plus). This role requires a balance between leadership and hands-on development. The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders while actively contributing to the codebase. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Solution Architecture: Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using .NET Core and related technologies. Make critical technical decisions to ensure the robustness, performance, and scalability of applications. Project Oversight: Lead technical efforts across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Hands-On Development: Remain actively involved in coding, debugging, and performance optimization. Build reusable, testable, and efficient modules for back-end and front-end systems. Front-End and Back-End Development Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core . Design and manage relational databases, optimizing queries and stored procedures in SQL Server . Frontend Development: Implement responsive user interfaces with React or Angular . Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the design vision is executed effectively. Database Management: Lead database architecture and design for high performance using SQL Server . (Preferred) Work with MongoDB for NoSQL solutions when required. Team Management & Mentorship Mentor and Guide: Provide technical mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Review code and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards. Collaboration: Coordinate with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Foster a collaborative and agile work environment, ensuring smooth team dynamics. Quality Assurance & Optimization Code Quality: Enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles. Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks. Optimize front-end and back-end processes for scalability and responsiveness. Innovation & R&D Technology Adoption: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools. Propose and implement innovative technologies to enhance productivity and application performance. Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional Experience Experience Level: 9-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on leadership roles. Proven expertise in .NET Core , SQL Server , and React/Angular . Technical Skills Backend Development: Strong knowledge of .NET Core and C# for building enterprise-grade applications. Expertise in creating and optimizing RESTful APIs and microservices. Frontend Development: Proficiency in React.js or Angular for building modern, responsive user interfaces. Database Management: Advanced skills in SQL Server including query optimization and database design. (Preferred) Hands-on experience with MongoDB for NoSQL solutions. DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and deployment strategies. Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of software architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, and clean architecture. Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) and integration testing. Soft Skills Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects effectively. Strong mentorship skills, with a focus on upskilling team members. Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on delivering projects within deadlines.
