Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:

  Lead a multi-skilled engineering team (backend, frontend, and DevOps) across multiple parallel projects.

• Architecture & Development:

  Design, develop, and optimize full-stack solutions for WMS and Shopify-based systems.

• Code Governance:

  Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce clean architecture, modular design, and adherence to secure coding practices.

• CI/CD & DevOps Ownership:

  Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.Collaborate with DevOps to implement containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code best practices.

• Integration Expertise:

  Manage and extend Shopify APIs, webhooks, and third-party logistics integrations.

• Team Management:

  Mentor, guide, and scale a large team of engineers setting expectations, conducting performance reviews, and building succession depth.

• Technical Strategy:

  Work with product and delivery leaders to translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.

• Operational Excellence:

  Drive continuous improvement across performance, maintainability, and automation maturity.

Core Technical Skills

Essential:

• Expert-level

  PHP 8+ / Laravel

  experience.
• Strong proficiency with

  React.js

  and component-based front-end architecture.
• Practical working knowledge of

  Python

  and

  Java

  for integrations or microservices.
• Deep understanding of

  RESTful API design

  ,

  Shopify integration models

  , and

  data flows in WMS environments

  .
• Proficiency in

  CI/CD tools

  (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent).
• Strong database design and optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Familiar with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred:

• Experience managing

  distributed teams

• Exposure to
