Job Description

Job Title: Lead / Senior AI/ML Developer

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Hybrid

Number of projects on ML: minimum 2

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Lead or Senior AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and implement machine learning solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of algorithms, model development, data preprocessing, and deployment techniques, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze business and technical requirements to identify AI/ML opportunities.
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
Implement algorithms for prediction, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
Work with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability.
Deploy and monitor models in production using MLOps frameworks and best practices.
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data structures.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Good knowledge of statistics, probability, and mathematical modeling.
Familiarity with version control (Git), API integration, and cloud-based ML platforms.
Understanding of docker and complete deployment processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
Knowledge of big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
