Technical Lead

As a Technology Leader at our company in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in shaping the tech vision and roadmap aligned with our business objectives in the PG domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and implementing the tech vision and roadmap for the organization - Overseeing the architecture and scalability of the entire PG stack, including APIs, backend, database, integrations, and dashboards - Leading engineering teams in backend development, DevOps, and security - Optimizing system performance and transaction success ratios - Leading integration efforts with banks, NPCI, VISA/Mastercard, UPI TPAPs, and other PG players - Ensuring PCI-DSS compliance, key vault management, tokenization, and fraud monitoring - Building and mentoring a high-performing tech team - Implementing best practices in software development like CI/CD, code reviews, and agile processes To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Java, Node.js, or Go, as well as experience in RESTful APIs, microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Knowledge of PCI-DSS, tokenization, and secure infrastructure architecture is essential. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be highly valued. While not mandatory, previous experience in scaling fintech infrastructure, cross-border PG, Nodal/escrow account flows, real-time settlement, DevSecOps, and cloud-native deployments would be advantageous.
