Position Overview Join Ethereal Covenant as a Tech Lead in LLM Applications, where youll lead a dynamic team of engineers in crafting innovative software solutions. Collaborating with the CTO, you will shape the technical direction of our projects, ensuring excellence and fostering a collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a 7-member team, balancing coding (~50%) and leadership (~50%). Architect, design, and build LLM-driven applications from 01. Own system design, code quality, reviews, and DevOps pipelines. Guide the team through blockers while fostering accountability and innovation. Requirements 6+ years in software engineering, 2+ in a lead role. Strong expertise in the MERN stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Hands-on coder with experience shipping products end-to-end. Exposure to LLM applications (prompt design, model integration, APIs). Track record of building and leading teams in high-growth/startup environments.
