Technical Lead - Java/Python

You will be joining Silent Infotech Inc., a company specializing in Robotics & ERP Development services for the American market. As an Odoo Gold Partner in the USA, the company is known for delivering customized solutions using cutting-edge technology. Your role as a Technology Lead will involve guiding engineering teams, architecting solutions, and leading the adoption of modern technologies across projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architecture, design, and development across projects with diverse tech stacks. - Mentor and guide a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and delivery. - Evaluate, explore, and implement new technologies based on project requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business analysts. - Ensure technical quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance of the systems built. - Take initiative to solve complex problems with minimal guidance. - Participate in client meetings and be open to international travel for project discussions or deployment support. Required Qualifications: - Openness to international travel. - Minimum CGPA of 8.0 in graduation and at least 80% in 12th grade. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, systems design, or architecture. - Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and system design. - Flexibility in adapting to different programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, etc.). - Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver in dynamic tech environments. - Strong communication skills and willingness to work in hybrid technical-functional roles. Preferred Traits: - Experience in startup or agile environments. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables. - Eagerness for continuous learning and technical exploration. - Comfort with both frontend and backend development, as well as DevOps or cloud platforms if necessary.
