We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Lead (TL) to guide our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. System Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable systems that meet business needs. Data Structures: Implement efficient data structures to optimize application performance. Software Development: Develop and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot. Cloud Technologies: Utilize basic AWS services for application deployment and management. Database Management: Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval. Messaging Systems: Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging. Effort Estimation: Provide accurate estimates for project timelines and resource allocation. Effective Communication: Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between teams. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges promptly, ensuring project continuity. Required Skills: Strong experience in system design and software development. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Basic knowledge of AWS services. Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. Familiarity with Kafka for messaging and data streaming. Excellent team handling and leadership skills. Strong skills in effort estimation and project management. Effective business communication abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with JIRA reporting and analytics. Knowledge of Redis for caching solutions. Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation tasks.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. p
